Japan Auto Drift Series @ Rock Raceway 7th August 2010
Round five of the Japan Auto Drift Series will be held at Rock Raceway on the 7th August 2010. The renown sights and smells from the circuit will be prominent when the sideway masters unleash their dominance and mark their territory the only way they know best, “tandem black stripes” on the track surface, leaving a unique odder of rubber melting to oblivion to the delight of the screaming “Oh my gosh!!! Check it out!!! Way Cool!! Dude....!!!” patrons clutching the freshly purchased eateries and refreshments.
Rule of engagement is hard and fast and that includes the participation of the crowds. Eagerly hollowing the universal “One More Time” when the drift has not been decided, hoping to influence the judge’s decision. The echo of Ooooh can be heard from the crowds when the drift has gone south resulting in the doughnut formed on the score card.
The aroma of the local “boerrie roll” will send any petrol head supporter to the multi tasking mode as they cheer and chew to the beat of the Rock Shuffle supplied by none other than the dude himself DJ Spirit.
Patrons can make their way to the Rock when the gates open for business at 12PM.
Gates open @ 12:00 racing starts at 16:00
Adults: R40
Children: R20 (6 – 12 years old)
Embankment Parking vehicle only R40
Sufficient food and refreshments will be on sale at the circuit so you won’t go hungry or thirsty. But most of all bring the family, Grand Pa’s, Grand Ma’s, Moms bring the Dad’s and the kids too. The neighbours too must also come!

Di”Rock”tions to the track: N12 head towards Witbank, take the Snake Rd off ramp, turn right, 5th robot turn left into Main Reef Rd, travel straight, keep right over next robot +-3Km, under railway bridge, exit from under rail way bridge turn left into Rock Raceway.
